1、一般要先清洗一下药材，然后放入适当冷水浸润一会儿再进行煎煮

要注意一定用砂锅或搪瓷盆，绝对不能用铁锅，用的搪瓷盆不能有铁裸露，因为中药中的某些成分会与铁发生化学反应.煎药过程中还要特别注意不能将药煎糊，如果煎糊了是绝对不能服用的！

2、煎煮20分钟左右，煎好的药汁量倒在吃饭的碗里约3/4就可以。

煎煮时要仔细阅读医生的处方中有没有先下、后方、包煎、烊化等要求，服药时要注意医生有没有交代过是温服、冷服、饭前服、饭后服等要求.
