中药的用药禁忌

主要包括配伍禁忌、证候禁忌、妊娠禁忌和服药的饮食禁忌四个方面。

1、配伍禁忌，是指某些药物合用会产生剧烈的毒副作用或降低和破坏药效，因而应该避免配合应用。

2、证候禁忌，由于药物的药性不同，其作用各有专长和一定的适应范围，因此，临床用药也就有所禁忌，称“证候禁忌”。如麻黄性味辛温，功能发汗解表、散风寒，又能宣肺平喘利尿，故只适宜于外感风寒表实无汗或肺气不宣的喘咳，而对表虚自汗及阴虚盗汗、肺肾虚喘则禁止使用。
