2、加工炮制方面中药炮制是我国独有的传统制药技术，中药饮片是中药材的炮制加工品，其质量好坏直接关系到人民用药的安全与疗效。目前全国饮片切制或炮制规程还没有完全统一的标准通则可依。如切制的中药饮片规格片类、丝类、段类及各种用辅料炮制炒制的标准工艺，即使现在已有规定标准也是参差不等，存在较大差异，使饮片在临床应用的疗效受到很大的影响。
